I wanted to provide my feedback directly to you regarding Kaitlin Taylor and her management of the certificate of title change. We previously commenced this process with another company, however we ended up ceasing the arrangement out of frustration, along with their lack of professionalism and complete incompetence.

Engaging with Kaitlin was fantastic. She was professional, articulate, patient and managed to influence/negotiate with a difficult client/stakeholder at ING who we previously had difficulty with engaging and progressing the request. Kaitlin’s approach decreased any anxiety, concern and frustration and she was an absolute breath of fresh air! Yesterday and today I have had to ring your office , asking for assistance with information on a 2008 settlement, as we have lost the Title Deed in question.

Both times, your representative was so kind, attentive and gave very practical advice and assistance.
